Michelle Rae Conway, the author of this book, is an award-winning entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and business strategist, who is committed to the process of self-discovery and professional development. This book is a reflection of her own transformational experience as a young professional. Her purpose is to inspire young professionals to own their journey, celebrate their inexperience and transform. I worked with Michelle to create the book's covers and the layout of the inside pages. I used Illustrator to design the illustration on the back cover and InDesign for the book's overall structure.
